I-Sheng was established in
Taiwan since year 1975 by both Mr. T.C. Huang and Mr.
Alan Fang and became a public company in Taiwan since
2001. To service our customer that we still keep production
in Taiwan including power cable, power cord assembly and
LAN Cable that we still have around 150 employees in Taiwan.
Capacity of power cords is around 2 million pcs. To be
a leading company in this industry that we build 2 manufacturing
sites in south and east China to provide more service
to world wide customers.
SHENZHEN
FACTORY
We set up our first
manufacturing site in China since 1988 which is located in suburban
area of Shenzhen City by renting a building to provide more
capacity with competitive price. Consider about rapid growth
of demands from China and all over the world that we build our
own building in Shenzhen and moved in 2000. Currently we have
around 1,700employees to produce 15KKpcs of power cord sets
and 500Kpcs of power strips. To have strong control of quality
and to be competitive in cost that we produce our own cable
from bulk copper wire drawing to PVC sheath insulation. Second,
we do produce some plastic components in house with 10 plastic
injection molding machines. Moreover, we design 25 unique production
cells for power cord assembly. Each cell produces only 1 kind
of product which is easier for efficiency and quality monitoring.
KUNSHAN FACTORY
Consider about strong demands from Taiwanese
electronics consumer product manufactures in east China that we
start up another facility in Kunshan City which is only an hour
away from downtown Shanghai City since 1988. However, the growth
of demand in this area is getting stronger by each day that we build
our own manufacturing site and start to run mass production since
January 2005. The land area for Kunshan factory is around 86,000square
meters and the first stage of building area is around 45,000 square
meters that we do have a lot of space for future expansion. There
are 1,200 employees to create 10 million pcs capacity of power cords
right now. We try every effort we can to keep our cost competitive
that we produce not only PVC cable in house but also PVC compound.
Vertical integration is the key to make sure we can survive in this
low margin industry. And of course, we can get better quality control
for PVC material. To provide total solution of power cord purchasing
that we start up rubber cable production in this site also.

Safety Approval
To provide world wide supply service that we get approval for 29 countries
which fully satisfy our world wide customers. We spend around USD3
million to maintain or apply for new approval every year to ensure
our system were supervised by a fair third party which is also a protection
to customer’s right.
